Collins and Beckett were recommended by PHD Associates, the project architects. We were chosen for our track record of delivering quality products. This was a £3.5m development in 23 mature acres at Hatfield Heath, on the Hertfordshire-Essex border. It features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, attached leisure complex, garage space for four cars and screen fencing.

This is another example of our drive to be at the forefront of sustainable construction in the Eastern region. The insulation is twice what building regulations require, and there is under-floor heating throughout. The bio-mass boiler gives the house the highest possible energy efficiency rating. A 12,000 litre rainwater harvester provides all the water for the garden.
